Our Past And Our Future
Do our experiences from the past shape our future? Or should I say our past shapes who we are today?
Indeed what we've done in the past may somehow influence our future, have you ever had a thought that you wish you could travel back in time and make things right? Or go back in time just so that you can see that someone you cared so much but lost forever?
“昨天是今天的歷史;今天是明天的歷史;今天也是昨天的歷史;明天也是今天的歷史——明白了這些,你就是一個聰明的人。怎樣把昨天運用於今天;怎樣用今天來推斷明天——學會了這些,你就是一個智慧的人” --成龙
Learn from our past, cherish what we have now, and make our future shine.

I Have A Fear...
![]() |
| January 14th, Diary Day. |
Every time when I look at you, I feel like you are the most beautiful living thing that I've ever seen in my life; When I am with you, how I wish that time will stop;
And that tingling feeling that I have in my heart, what is it?
Although I've said that I don't want to be in a relationship anymore, but I am actually longing for a real romance that everybody in the world could know about, even be jealous about, do you know that?
Seeing you in a bad mood recently has really effected my mood lately, but somehow my mood feels strung to your heart, it hurts when your mood is bad.
Maybe it's true, if there's someone we care, we will become coward, we will do anything just to see a smile...
You said you wanted to rest for awhile, will you tell me if you've rest enough?
There are things I dare not say face to face to you. As much as I want to know the answer, maybe you are too important for me to lose. In the end, I only wish to see you smile, to see you laugh, and I will be happy too...

Stress & Life
No matter what walk of life we are at, there is something we have in common, that is stress.
I have a friend who's feeling quite down recently getting intimidated by stress he gets from work. Well, who doesn't feel stressed out from their daily lives? It depends on how we handle the stress we get. My stressed friend, this is for you.
You and I, we've been friends for almost a decade, I dare say we spent alot of quality time together in our friendship. We talk, we laugh, we play, we travel... We even address each other as brothers.
I feel bad seeing you so stressed out, so below are some tips that I use to handle with stress and hopefully solve your problems.
There is also another way to ease stress, that is a form of relaxation, some may call it meditation. I myself meditate for a few hours a week, relaxing my body and soul, immerse myself into the quiet ambience and calm myself. Very relaxing.
All the above are some things I do to help me cope with stress, maybe sometimes I still feel down because of stress but doing all those above really helps alot.
Hey bro, believe in yourself, tell yourself you can do it every morning you wake up. Change youself into a better man, let those who think little of you have nothing to say, make them think again. Only if you change, you will succeed in life.

- Taking responsibility for improving your physical and emotional well-being.
- Exercise more, go outdoors. Being outdoors and exercising can help you to relax your mind and body while keeping yourself healthy.
- Learning better communication skills to ease and improve your relationships with your partners/co-workers.
- Improving relationships can be crucial to relieve stress while working, at least there is someone to talk to about your problems even if they can't help you with your work in office.
- Prioritize and organize.
- Create a balanced schedule between work and family life, social activities can help with stress.
- Don't over-commit yourself, if you've got too much to do, drop tasks that aren't truly necessary to the bottom of your list or entirely. Distinguish between "shoulds" and "musts".
- Try to leave home earlier in the morning, rushing here and there in fear of being late will add to your level of stress.
- Get enough sleep.
- Waking up fresh in the morning really helps to brighten up your day.
